Begin the Voda franchisee process by submitting an inquiry through our online web form. We use these basic details about yourself and your interest in Voda to help us gauge an understanding of your goals and to streamline the franchise process.

Introduction Call

Once you’ve submitted your information, we’ll schedule an Introduction Call with you, during which you’ll get to speak to a Voda representative. This call serves as an opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to gain a high-level understanding of Voda’s franchise model. Be sure to watch our Intro Call Video beforehand so you can come prepared with any questions about the Voda franchise timeline, business structure, industry opportunities, and financial potential.

After our introductory call, you’ll receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which provides important details about Voda’s financials, operational support, and expectations as a franchise owner. This will give you a deeper understanding of the investment and earning potential before moving forward.

Franchise Application

If Voda seems like the right fit for your entrepreneurial goals, you’ll complete a formal Franchise Application. Some key details we’ll be asking for may include info regarding your experience, financial readiness, and preferred market location(s). Our franchise team will review your application and assess how well you align with Voda’s values, mission, and business requirements.

Once your application is approved, you’ll participate in additional due diligence calls, including discussions that cover Voda’s investment details related to items 19 and 7 of the Franchise Disclosure Document, as well as revenue potential, and franchise financials.

This call will help ensure you have the chance to ask any questions you may have about the financial expectations and growth opportunities to help you make an informed decision.

Meet with Leadership and Decision Day

At this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with our Executive Leadership Team, including our COO and Co-Founder, Zach Nolte, and our VP of Operations, Arthur Sturgis. During this session, you’ll gain deeper insights into our operations, marketing, and business support. 

You’ll also be invited to weekly calls with our CMO, Christian Betancourt, as he delves into details about our marketing, brand, lead generation strategies, and more. For added confidence and because Voda is all about transparency, you’ll also have the chance to speak with current franchisees to hear about their experiences with Voda firsthand.

After all calls have been completed, you'll be invited to attend our monthly Discovery Day at Voda headquarters in Madison, WI. This immersive in-person event provides an inside look at the Voda franchise system and finalizes your path to ownership.

Training and Grand Opening

Once officially approved, you’ll sign your Franchise Agreement and become an official Voda franchise owner! From there, you’ll participate in comprehensive training covering operations, marketing, and business management.

Our onboarding team will guide you through territory mapping, staffing, and launch preparations to set you up for success. With Voda’s turnkey marketing and lead generation support, you’ll have everything you need to open your doors and start building your business confidently. We also provide ongoing operational coaching to help you hit key milestones during your first year of business.
