We are excited to share that our FIRST Connecticut franchisee, Dhaval Chokshi, officially launched his Voda territory in Hartford! Dhaval is ready to bring A New Level of Clean to his community, with Voda’s expert cleaning and restoration services. Journey to Voda

Born and raised in Ahmedabad, India, and now a Glastonbury, Connecticut resident of 12 years, Dhaval moved to the United States in 1998. After obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Boston, Massachusetts, Dhaval returned to Connecticut, where he became a District Manager for a pharmacy chain for 15 years. Dhaval then worked in different capacities for a Fortune 500 E-commerce company for four years, before opening a logistics company. 

Dhaval’s experience in independently owning a logistic company inspired him to diversify into franchising and expand his business portfolio. His former manager, who is now a Voda franchise owner based in Nashville, Tennessee, also grew Dhaval’s interest in franchising. 

According to Dhaval, “The Voda corporate leadership team and core values were a deciding factor in becoming a franchise owner. The marketing strategy and the unity of all franchise owners set Voda apart from other service franchises.”

Dhaval describes that the best part of his exciting journey to becoming a Voda franchisee was completing our classes, while gaining crucial knowledge about the cleaning and restoration industry. His biggest piece of advice to new franchise owners is to “Know your strengths and opportunities to build a strong team.” We know Dhaval has a strong team by his side and are excited to see the impact they make together!
